FolkcraftandFlora.com, operated by Folkcraft and Flora LLC, does not knowingly seek or collect information from users under the age of 13. If we determine we have inadvertantly gathered personal information from a user under the age of 13, we will promptly delete any and all personal information from our records in compliance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, and other laws that have been established to protect the privacy of minors. Folkcraft and Flora LLC will abide by any such laws, state and federal, regarding the privacy of any minor. YOUR RIGHTS
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
